Celebrating Art and Nature: The Opening of Fading Florals and Patricia Pazos’ Ma Perception des Choses

On September 22, 2024, the art community gathered for the hybrid opening of Fading Florals, an exhibition that explores the delicate beauty and ephemeral essence of nature. Hosted alongside Patricia Pazos’ solo exhibition, Ma Perception des Choses, this evening brought art enthusiasts and visionaries together, celebrating both the collaborative and individual expressions of artists from around the world.

An Artistic Bouquet in Fading Florals

Fading Florals showcased an array of captivating works by artists like Alireza Karimi Moghaddam, evartemotion, Débora Gonçalves, Mara Bonofiglio, NeuralMystic, Reinhard Riedel, Katy Otto, and Eliana Sá. Each artist presented their unique interpretation of floral motifs, highlighting the contrasting beauty and transience of nature. The mixed media, vibrant colors, and intricate textures invited viewers to ponder the transient beauty of our world, evoking emotions ranging from nostalgia to reverence.

Ma Perception des Choses: Patricia Pazos' Unique Lens on the Everyday

Simultaneously, Patricia Pazos' solo exhibition, Ma Perception des Choses, opened its doors, offering an intimate glimpse into the artist's perspective on the world. Running from September 1 to November 30, 2024, Pazos’ exhibition challenges viewers to appreciate the subtle, overlooked details in daily life. Her works bring a contemplative mood, capturing her perception of everyday objects and landscapes and turning them into subjects of quiet beauty.

Music, Partnership, and Curation: A Perfect Blend

Enhancing the evening was a live performance by Brazilian artist Josi Costa, whose music provided an emotive soundtrack that resonated with the art’s themes. Her signature Brazilian style brought warmth and soul to the gathering, deepening the evening's immersive experience.

The event also marked a significant partnership announcement between the Dama Art Gallery, led by curator Cristina Bernardini, and the Pice Gallery. This collaboration promises to foster new cultural and creative exchanges, further bridging artistic communities worldwide.

A Night of Inspiration

The opening of Fading Florals and Ma Perception des Choses was more than an exhibition—it was a celebration of art, culture, and connection, uniting artists and viewers from diverse backgrounds in a shared appreciation for beauty in all forms. For those who missed the opening, Ma Perception des Choses will continue to be on display, inviting everyone to experience Patricia Pazos’ personal and thought-provoking perspective.
